You have received a SWL's QSL or eQSL and you don't know how to reply ? Your QSL or eQSL is not designed for the SWL's reports ?   This is not a problem !   Here is how to complete your QSL or eQSL so that it will be valid to confirm the report of the SWL and how to send it:

On his QSL or eQSL (electronic QSL), the SWL wrote the station you worked. So, you can check your log and verify the reality of the report. If all is OK, you can send him your QSL or eQSL to confirm the report.

You must write the SWL callsign in the "To Radio" / "Confirming QSO with" box and not the station you worked's callsign. To avoid the confusion with a 2 X QSO, you can cancel out the word "QSO", "2 way", "2X" in the box "MODE" and/or add "SWL", "SWL report", "HRD" in the box "RST". You can also write the station worked's callsign in the box "RST". Of course, all others datas are also important, date, hour, band and mode.

How to send your QSL or eQSL:

You can send your paper QSL to a SWL direct or via buro.

You can send your eQSL to a SWL via eqsl.cc. Automatic upload is not valid for the SWL. But you can easily reply to a SWL eQSL in 5 seconds (or 6 ?). After checking your log, click on “InBox”, use the query tool ("swl_call" in the call area) to select the SWL eqsl and just click on the green knob "confirm" to create reciprocal eqsl. That's all !!!

You can send your eQSL to a SWL via HRDLOG.net, don't forget to write "SWL/" before the SWL callsign, as: "SWL/F-10255".

You can create online an eQSL quickly on QSLCreator and sent it via email on this web page to a SWL.

You can send your eQSL to a SWL via email. This can be an eQSL prepared with a drawing software or, if you don't have one, a picture (with your smartphone) or a scan of your paper QSL.
